AdServerAI ("we", "us", "our") is a Sagentica product. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you use adserverai.com (the "Site") and our advertising, affiliate, and analytics services (the "Services").

1. Information we collect

1.1 Information you give us

  • Account info (name, email, business name) — required to use the Services.
  • Payment info (processed by Stripe — we never see your card number).
  • Identity verification info for affiliate payouts (Stripe Connect KYC).
  • Anything you upload as ad creative or campaign content.

1.2 Information collected automatically

  • Ad serving: device type, browser, IP address (hashed and truncated), country, referrer URL, page URL, anonymized session identifier.
  • Service usage: pages viewed in the dashboard, features used, error logs.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — see our Cookie Policy.

1.3 Information from third parties

  • Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (security and DNS) provide service-related information when you interact with our infrastructure.

1.4 Public tools (/check, /value, /trending)

Our public tools log first-party intel events with: the query you entered (e.g. the domain you checked), the TLD, the result returned, a daily-rotating anonymized visitor hash (SHA-256 of IP + user-agent + day + salt), coarse country, referrer, and any UTM parameters in the URL. We do not store raw IP addresses or set tracking cookies on these pages. We do not capture inputs you type into the tools of any third-party site — only inputs you type into our own tools.

2. How we use information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
  • To serve and measure ads on publisher properties.
  • To detect bot traffic, fraud, and abuse.
  • To process payments and affiliate payouts.
  • To communicate with you about your account.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. Legal bases (GDPR)

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on: contract performance, legitimate interests (fraud prevention, ad measurement), consent (cookies and non-essential tracking), and legal obligation.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data with:

  • Service providers (Stripe, Clerk, Cloudflare, our infrastructure host) under data-processing agreements.
  • Advertisers who run campaigns on the network — only aggregate metrics and anonymized signals, never raw personal data.
  • Authorities when required by law.

5. International transfers

We operate infrastructure in Canada. If you are outside Canada, your data may be transferred to and processed in Canada and the United States under appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses).

6. Retention

  • Account data: while your account is active + 7 years for tax/legal.
  • Ad serving data (impressions, clicks): 24 months, then aggregated.
  • Session signals for targeting: 90 days rolling.
  • Payout records: 7 years.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (GDPR, CCPA, others), you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Contact privacy@adserverai.com.

8. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards (TLS in transit, encryption at rest, hashed identifiers, role-based access). No system is impenetrable; we will notify affected users of any breach as required by law.

We will post any material changes to this policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
